We enrolled our child in the kids program at Royal City Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and we are very happy with our decision. The Professors and coaches are incredibly patient and safety aware with the children. They teach the kids the fundamentals of this martial art in a fun and engaging way. The skills gap between kids does not seem to be much of a concern as the training is individualized but together, so each child can progress at their own pace while also learning from their peers. We wanted to enroll our child in martial arts for all the benefits they provide such as teaching respect, discipline and focus. We chose Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu as the self-defense part as we feel it is more real world applicable, and we believe it will help our child develop confidence and resilience. We highly recommend this program to anyone looking for a quality martial arts education for their kids.

We Liv on the other side of the city but I will travel weekly to go here for my little one. She’s 5 and absolutely LOVES her Jiu jitsu class. I love that she will not be only learning great techniques but will also have fun doing so. We get to watch her the entire time to see how she’s advancing and it’s very comforting to me as a parent to be able to see what she’s learning. Thank you to everyone there who’s doing such a great job in preparing our littles and keeping them so engaged.
